This sauna is looking amazing. A sauna is a room with an environment which increases the body's core temperature, usually to over 100 degrees Fahrenheit and lasts for several hours. Also called a sweat lodge, the process is intended to promote relaxation and detoxification. Traditionally, saunas are used as a treatment for various body ailments, but more recently they have been incorporated into popular sports training regimens as well as day-to-day relaxation. I just opened parenie for myself, that is a good chance to improve the bodies health.
